Governance

In line with our mission statement, WCA shall be governed in accordance to the Statutes and policies deliberated by members at the annual general meetings of the association. The meeting shall also review the entire operations of RECIPRO Trade Exchange Ltd – the execution arm of its global countertrade activities.

It shall be held online to facilitate the attendance of all the members around the world.
